Most of these children live and work on the streets in order to help support their families and themselves.
The primary reason why these children are on the street is because most of them come from a very poor background so they have to engage themselves doing all sorts of works to enable them feed themselves and their families.
Some of these children are orphaned by AIDS and others are on the streets due to the fact that the relationship between them and their families have gone sore.
These children do different kind of jobs to survive including hawking pure water, cleaning windscreen, begging and selling hard drugs and even prostitution.
